  • What's the contract length?

    Annual or month-to-month — your choice. Annual saves 10% and is paid up front. Month-to-month is the same per-property rate without the annual discount. No three-year lock-ins, no auto-renewal trickery.

  • What happens when my portfolio grows during my contract?

    New properties pro-rate at your contracted per-property rate. No surprise mid-term price hikes when you add a hotel — your bill grows by the per-property rate, not by a tier change.

  • Are there setup or onboarding fees?

    No. Implementation, onboarding, team training, and ongoing support are all included in every subscription. The per-property rate is the rate.

  • Do you offer a free trial?

    Not publicly. We run hands-on demo periods with qualified prospects when it's a fit — bring your team to the demo call and we'll set one up if it makes sense for your portfolio.

  • How does support work across the tiers?

    Email and live support are included at every tier. Multi-property gets priority routing; Enterprise gets a dedicated implementation lead and quarterly business reviews. We don't run a paywalled support model.

  • Can I downgrade or cancel?

    Annual subscriptions don't pre-pay future months — you keep access through the contract term. Month-to-month cancels at the next billing cycle, no exit fees. If your portfolio shrinks, we re-rate at your new property count.
